Admissions FAQ
The Crenshaw Academy accepts applications on a rolling basis. While most families apply before the start of the school year, we welcome mid-year applications when space is available.
Yes. A non-refundable application fee is required at the time of submission. The current fee amount will be provided during the admissions process.
To complete your application, please submit:
- Completed application form
- Most recent report card or transcript
- Standardized test scores (if available)
- Immunization records
- Birth certificate (copy)
- Previous school records (if transferring)
The Crenshaw Academy participates in multiple Florida scholarship programs, including the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (Step Up for Students), Family Empowerment Scholarship, and the Hope Scholarship. Visit our Scholarship Resources page for full details.

No. The Crenshaw Academy is a secular, non-religious school. We welcome families from all backgrounds and beliefs.
The Crenshaw Academy is a K-12 school. We serve students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
School hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After-school tutoring is available until 4:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
The Crenshaw Academy is located at 2342 Hempel Avenue, Gotha, Florida 34734, in the greater Orlando area.
